The products can be purchased in over 200 countries and regions across the world.

We are currently seeking highly motivated and experienced Warehouse Supervisors, based in Ontario, CA, Atlanta, GA, etc. The Warehouse Supervisor is a key member of our Warehouse and Supply Chain team.

Responsibilities:

· Responsible for the warehouse capability building, including warehouse costs optimization and manpower efficiency, timely receiving and shipping, assets safety, compliance with the related regulations, optimize the warehouse capacity to meet the fluctuating business volume without capacity idle or waste.

· Improve the processes and establish the SOP (standard operations procedure) and also work instruction for each position and business scenario

· Manage warehouse staff, including hiring, evaluating, etc.

· Responsible for daily operations, including receiving, put-away, picking, shipping, cycle counting, etc

· Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

· Must be eligible to work in US with OPT etc. Will provide H1B sponsor for qualified candidate or after probation

· Bachelor degree in supply chain, logistics, warehouse management or a related field preferred

· Prefer some experience as a warehouse supervisor, not required

· Able to train coworkers; Lead the team forward (people person)

· Attention to detail, customer oriented and result oriented

· Perfect attendance, willing to work overtime when needed

· Dependable and reliable in reference to physical demands and abilities

· Ability to meet timelines with dynamic fast paced environment

· Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy boxes or products

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry software

· Problem-solving skills

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule:8 hour shift

Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Mandarin is must, fluent English
