Hiring Position: Account Executive
Salary: $20/HR
Work Hours: 9:30AM- 5:30PM Mon-Fri
Benefits: Paid Time Off, Paid Holidays
Position Responsibilities:
Job Summary:
The Account Executive role has the responsibilities of managing current and future business on Ecommerce Platforms. Can work and communicate effectively with coworkers on completing tasks. Position and actual duties is subject to change due to company needs.
1. Developing E-commerce Strategies:
o Formulate strategies that harness sales-related insights, prevailing standards, and novel developments to encourage sales in the online store.
o Create frameworks that transform social media sites into highly profitable platforms.
2. Managing Online Sales Channels:
o Oversee and optimize online sales channels, including websites, social media, and online marketplaces.
o Monitor and analyze data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
3. Budget Management:
o Create and manage e-commerce budgets, including advertising and promotion spend.
4. Website Management:
o Ensure the website’s functionality, design, and user experience align with company goals.
o Review the security of checkout pages and payment procedures.
o Regularly analyze traffic to inform website maintenance and marketing strategies.
5. Collaboration and Communication:
o Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, product development) to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all channels.
o Liaise with vendors to ensure timely product delivery.
6. Data Analysis:
o Analyze e-commerce data and metrics to identify growth opportunities and track performance.
o Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions.
7. Customer Service:
o Respond to customer queries promptly and provide excellent customer service.
8. Troubleshooting and Quality Assurance:
o Troubleshoot technical issues related to the website or e-commerce platforms.
o Review copy and legal disclaimers for accuracy.
Education Required:
• BS or BA Degree
Skills Required:
• Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• Have 1-2 year experience in related industry
• Effective communication
• Team Player
